Apty 4.29.0 introduces key enhancements focused at improving content organization, workflow export, and in-app user enablement. This release includes support for exporting workflows to Word, improved content structure through nested labels, and the rollout of in-app guidance using Apty within Apty.
Export Workflows to Word - Now Confluence-Compatible
You can now export workflows directly into Microsoft Word (.docx) format - in addition to the existing PDF, PPT, SCORM, and video formats.
Need to export workflows in different formats? Click here.
This makes it easier to document, edit, and share workflows in a fully editable format, ideal for:
-
Internal collaboration and content review
-
Adding and customizing documentation in Confluence
The exported Word file includes:
-
Workflow title and description
-
Workflow steps with screenshots (without screenshots in case disabled)
-
Branding elements and formatting
The workflow exports can be uploaded and published on Confluence - ideal for team reviews and documentation.

Nested Labels
Organizing large content libraries is a common challenge, especially for enterprise teams. To address this, Apty now offers Nested Labels - a way to build a multi-level label hierarchy in both the Admin Portal and Widget.
New to Labels? Check out this guide.
The previous flat label system often made navigation and maintenance difficult at scale. With this enhancement, teams can create nested content structures to improve discoverability and reduce clutter.
Nested Labels support unlimited hierarchy. When content is exported between applications, the label structure remains intact - ensuring consistent organization after import.
Re-Architected Analytics – Faster, Smarter, and Ready to Scale
- Over 90% Faster Load Times: Common reports, like a 30 day Journey report now loads in under 1 second, compared to the previous 25+ seconds.
- Improved Scalability: The upgraded backend is designed to handle larger datasets and higher user loads without impacting performance.
- Optimized User Experience: Faster data access provides users with quicker insights and a smoother reporting workflow.
