Labels help you to group and categorize Workflows, Links, Images, Videos and Texts. This will allow the user to track, filter and sort based on a Label.
PATH:
To add labels: Admin Portal > Manage > Labels > Click on Add Label Button > Add Name and Ordering Rank
To add contents under a label: Under Manage Content > Select the required contents from Workflows and Knowledge Center > Click on Add
All the added labels will be listed under the Manage Labels page of the Admin Portal, where user can Edit/Delete the labels by clicking the icon provided against each label.
Once labels are added, and contents are grouped under the Labels it will be reflected inside Apty Need Help Widget; which helps the users easily access related contents
NOTE: Only the published contents will be visible under a Label inside Apty Widget.
Nested Labels for Better Organization
Apty now supports Nested Labels, allowing you to create multi-level label hierarchies in both the Admin Portal and the Widget. This replaces the previous flat label system, making it easier to organize, navigate, and manage large content libraries. Use nested structures to improve content discoverability and reduce visual clutter.
Create/manage nested labels:
- Go to Admin Portal > Manage > Labels.
- To add a new label > click Add Label.
- To add a child label:
- Click the vertical ellipses next to an existing label.
- Select Add Child Label.
- Enter the name, and save.
Change a label’s location:
- Click the vertical ellipses next to the label.
- Select Change Location.
- Choose the new parent label from the dropdown.
